The Knights of The Astrée troop
Loves projects that have dog
After a busy career, experience has shown me that when necessary, humans know how to unite. My encounters through Highland Titles and the insistence of some people to set up a French project pushed me to take the plunge. And this is how the Knights of Astrée were born! Sharing moments of well-being, giving pleasure to others, and giving a gift to nature are my daily motivations.
Melanie (and Gauvain)
Particularly sensitive to nature, being part of the Knights of Astrée team is a way for me to act for the future. I like the idea that by making a small gesture, you can accomplish great things.
As a young mother, I am keen to lead by example and pass on my love of nature to my son.
Normand born in 1986, it is in the South that I flourish with my wife and daughter. Writing and reading are closely linked, enriching each other. Exchange and simplicity are my driving force, which is why I loved participating in this noble project.
Emulsioner of ideas
Knight of heart, Lover of Mother Nature, I joined Melanie and Anne in the chivalry of the Astraa. My past as an actor makes me sensitive to everything related to literature, I accompany this project in its writing and structuring. Offering living spaces for foraging insects by creating an edible forest is a quest within our reach. Hardis Knights.
Paul and Jerome
The guardians of the estate
Two generations who pool their know-how and generosity.
Craftsmen of plants, without them, the Knights of Astrée would not be what they are.
They look after the estate and shape it over the seasons.
For the record:
We have been the Francophone representatives of Highland Titles,a Scottish conservation project, for over 10 years.
Les Chevaliers de l’Astrée is an adventure born of the many requests of French owners, who wanted to see a project born in France.
Our young edible forest is rooted today thanks to all the people who wanted to make a small gesture for nature, and also to Highland Titles.
This is of course without naming all the friends who have helped through their ideas, their energy and their good humor!
A special thank you to Olivia who introduced us to the principle of the edible forest, to Walter for the design of the plans, to Guillaume and his donkey for setting up the first plants.
A huge thank you for the unwavering support of our families !!!
